HomeCare I.V. has been eastern Oregon’s home infusion service provider since 1989.  Our experienced clinical and support staff provide complete solutions for chemotherapy, intravenous antibiotics, pain management, total parenteral nutrition and much more in patient’s homes and other  alternative care settings. 

Now we have extended our decades of experience in sterile compounding and gold-standard customer service to non-sterile compounding.  CustomCare Rx, in affiliation with the Professional Compounding Centers of America® (PCCA), is eastern Oregon's state-of-the-art compounding lab and is located adjacent to our home infusion center.

Our PCCA trained pharmacists and technicians prepare customized medications,  individualized for the specific needs of patients. From combining multiple medications into a single convenient dosage for hospice patients to delivering children’s cough medicine through a flavored medication, compounding provides solutions not met by commercial products.
