The postal service zip codes of specific communities we serve are listed below.  Home Care I. V. also provides infusion and enteral therapy support and training to skilled nursing agencies within our service area.

Within the yellow boundary on the map below, Home Care I. V. provides delivery of equipment, supplies and medications with most care provided directly by our infusion therapy trained registered nurses and pharmacists.  Within the blue boundary, our extended service area, we provide the same high-quality services with delivery provided by mail or courier (UPS) and nursing care provided by local, home infusion-trained nurses working for independent home health agencies.
