Many of our patients require the help of
home health, usually because they are home bound or have
difficulty ambulating due to their medical condition. We
work closely with our local home health agencies to insure
appropriate care is administered and lab work is done.
When problems arise, we communicate as a team with the
patient's nurse and work together to find solutions.
