Our modern pharmacy
facility was built to provide a safe and efficient environement
for the preparation of sterile infusion 
medications
and intravenous nutrition formulas. Our Pharmacist staff
has a combined total of over fifty years of experience in
managing the fomulation and dispensing of infusion
medications.
The home infusion pharmacist plays many important roles, twenty-four hours a day - seven days a week. They:

set-up medication profiles and conduct drug utilization reviews,

develop and implement of pharmaceutical care plans,

monitor for potential drug interactions
-
make initial and ongoing pharmacy patient assessments and provide clinical monitoring
-
review and interpret patient lab test results
-
perform clinical monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing, and recommend dosage or medication changes based on clinical findings

and other other professional and cognitive services as needed to clinically manage the patient pharmacy care

Our Pharmacy Technicians have many years of experience in infusion medication preparation. All our technicians are certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board as Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT) and are licensed by the State of Oregon. HomeCare I.V. of Bend, Inc Pharmacy Technicians are professionals skilled in the exacting demands of preparing infusion medications for administration.
